We want you to be extremely happy with your custom heirloom purchase. However, it is important to note that our heirlooms are made-to-order (meaning they have not been created until after you purchased and before we began cutting and creating).
You may cancel any custom order anytime before we begin our construction process.
Refunds or cancellations can not be made after an heirloom has been created or shipped.
Items that have been personalized by hand embroidery (yoke designs, initials, monograms) cannot be returned or exchanged - these items are all final sale.
If the wrong item was shipped or made with wrong color fabric or trims, then we will immediately fix the order by re-making quickly for you or offering a full refund.
Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if a refund is needed. And please keep heirloom in original, unworn condition.
